Information for Canadian Shipments

ETS Express offers two shipment options when shipping into Canada. Please review the following information carefully, as this will be helpful when placing and shipping orders with ETS Express with Canadian destinations.

Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal Pricing Option

Details:

Canada friendly price is shown under each individual product. Please select the Canada tab for product price.

Pricing is in $USD.
PO must clearly state DDP Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, or Montreal with currently listed price.
This option is valid for catalog pricing and quantities listed.
Larger quantity above what is listed will require special pricing and freight estimates. Please contact customer service for details and quotes.

Pricing includes Duties, Customs Clearance fees, and ground freight to Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto. Pricing does not include GST/HST which will be calculated based on the delivery address and added to the invoice. The GST/HST tax rates vary by province, so at this time, we are only able to process drop shipments if they are within the same province.

ETS Express uses a paperless/electronic clearance that makes it easier to manage international shipments.

Depending on where the order is shipping orders will be assigned to ship from either Oxnard, California (red) or Concord, NC (blue) - USA. Shipments outside the DDP points or via Air Freight will be charged the freight difference on the final invoice. (i.e. ETS Express will pay what ground costs would have been to the DDP point, customer will pay the difference)
Self-promo pricing is excluded from this program.
Because of the nature of these shipments, we cannot ship on customer or 3rd party shipper numbers. Order must ship on the ETS Express account or carrier.

Production/Transit Time:

After approvals of costs, paper proof, and production sample (if applicable), orders will ship as follows:

7-10 day* production from date of approvals

*Please note that exact repeat orders will not be provided paper proofs for order approval unless requested at time of order

ETS Express shall not be held responsible for any shipment delays held for customs clearance. Transit times quoted by carriers do not include customs clearance times. Please plan accordingly for required in hands dates.
ETS Express will notify customers in the event that a product is on backorder. If this occurs, ETS Express will ship orders at a a 5 day production at no additional cost.
ETS Express will not be liable for expedited shipments to meet in hands dates due to backorders.

FOB Plant - USA Pricing Option

Pricing is in $USD
PO must clearly state FOB Oxnard, CA or FOB Concord, NC with currently listed price
Customer is responsible for all Duties, Customs Clearance fees, and freight to final destination
Accounts on terms and in good standing can provide customer or 3^rd party shipper numbers (Shipping account Bill To address required for supplied shipper numbers)
Pre-Paid accounts must ship on the ETS Express shipper or carrier
ETS Express shall not be held responsible for any shipment delays held for customs clearance. Transit times quoted by carriers do not include customs clearance times. Please plan accordingly for required in hands dates.
