e-rush services

In an effort to accommodate the need for speed on 1 color run, ETS Express would like to introduce our e24 rush service and our e48 rush service, which can accommodate up to 2 color runs. Each of these programs tends to time-sensitive orders with a reasonable solution. Simply submit your purchase order and artwork in one email by 6pm EST (3pm PST), with PO number in the subject line designating which service is needed.

e24 rush service

  • is a 24 hour rush service for 1 color run imprints for those needing a 1 day turnaround
  • Artwork must be formatted and sized appropriately with text outlined as you will not receive a proof
  • Purchase order and art must reference e24 and be emailed to e24@etsexpress.com.
  • Include contact name, email, and phone number for use in the event of after-hours questions and issues.

e48 rush service

  • is a 48 hour rush service for 1-2 color runs for those needing a 2 day turnaround
  • Artwork must be formatted and sized appropriately as you will not receive a proof
  • Purchase order and art must reference e48 and be emailed to e48@etsexpress.com.
  • Include contact name, email, and phone number for use in the event of after-hours questions and issues.

PO CONTENTS AND ART SUBMISSION

  1. Purchase order must reference either e24 or e48 and artwork must be included in the same email.
  2. Order must adhere to published pricing listed in our current quarterly catalog or on our website.
  3. Include contact name, email, and phone number for use in the event of after-hours questions and issues. If an issue arises and we are unable to reach anyone, your order may need to be resubmitted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  1. Preferred shipping method must be listed. (i.e. Ground, overnight, two-day, etc)
  2. When a shipper acct # is provided, please also provide the company name and bill to address that the account belongs to.
    1. For international shipments, please provide contact name and phone number
    2. Up to 5 drop ships permitted - must be in case quantities.

ART FORMAT

  1. Artwork must be 1 color run in vector format with all fonts converted to outlines for e24 rush services and no more than 2 color runs for e48 rush services. File should be saved in .eps, .pdf, or .ai format.
  2. Art must be submitted to size and will be printed as is. Adjustments to art (including, but not limited to, size, placement, orientation, typesetting, copy, and color) are not offered with e-rush services.
    1. A proof will not be provided for approval.

    Please note: QR codes are not eligible for our rush services unless submitted as a reorder

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Client's account must be current and in good standing with ETS Express. Prepaid accounts must supply a credit card number on the PO.
  • Maximum quantity - 3,000 pieces.
  • One side, two side, or wrap imprints accepted. (Items requiring an additional location are excluded)
  • Freight equalization program applies on orders with one ship to location.

It is our intent to accept all qualifying orders for e-rush services; however, factors such as production capacity and inventory will affect availability.
